Yoga and spirituality
Yoga and meditation
Towards evening, when it is cooler, yoga and meditation (also with singing bowls) take place on the roof terrace.
Sampath, our main yoga teacher, originally comes from Ayurvedic therapy and discovered yoga many years ago. He completed his yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and is happy to adapt to all skill levels (from absolute beginners to yoga teachers).
Because we have very small groups, it is easy for him to respond to each guest in a very individual and personal way.
All guests love his "Relax your mind, relax your body" and his calm manner.
Buddha Puja, Dhamma and the "Lemon Woman"
Twice a day, we perform the Buddha Puja, either in our house or at the treatment center. It is a ritual in the Buddhist world, a way of paying homage to the Buddha, Dhamma, and Sangha. You are welcome to participate.
Sriani is a Dhamma teacher and therefore enjoys giving guidance and answering all kinds of questions about Buddhism.
For the energetic cleansing of body, mind and soul, we can have the "lemon ritual" performed. Feel free to contact us, and we will arrange an appointment with the "Lemon Woman".
alms
We regularly donate a portion of our profits and inspire our guests to do the same. Donations have so far included basic foodstuffs, medicine, home renovations, and monetary gifts for schoolchildren from disadvantaged families in the area.
The whole family is happy to help with the organization.
